Pneumatic, 310 ml cartridge, fixed at 120 °C. The one to buy if your glue runs at 120 °C, such as PUR at its standard temperature, and you don't want to pay for adjustment you won't use.

What is an industrial hot melt glue gun?
A hand-held tool that melts adhesive in a heated tank or cartridge and lays it down as a dot, a bead, a band or a spray. Industrial guns like Reka's hold 150 to 330 ml of adhesive and keep it at a set temperature, so they suit production work.
How is it different from a normal glue gun?
A normal glue gun melts a thin stick as you push it. An industrial gun melts adhesive in bulk (granulate, pillows, large sticks or 310 ml cartridges), so it lays more glue, at a steadier temperature, over longer runs.
Do I need compressed air?
Not for the hand-operated guns: MS 80, MS 200, MS 200.E and MS 200 LCD work without it. The air-driven and cartridge guns need compressed air. No compressor? We supply the compressor, bench and stand.
Can I buy Reka glue guns in India?
Yes. Mahisa Packaging Systems LLP, Mumbai, is an Authorised Indian Partner of Reka Klebetechnik, Germany. Prices are on every gun page, and guns ship in 4–5 weeks from the advance payment, a confirmed PO and the inputs we need.
Do you supply the glue and nozzles too?
Yes. We recommend the adhesive for your job and supply it with the gun, along with the right nozzle from 52 Reka nozzles.
Do you provide service in India?
Yes, from Mumbai. Guns and spares bought separately carry a 6-month warranty (wear parts excluded). Depending on the fault, we repair the gun or send you the part to fit yourself.
